Return Policy

At Pledge Avenue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at services@pledgeavenue.com within the specified return period.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
